How the bulk check works
The file is parsed in your browser, row by row. Each row is scored with the same engine as the single audit: restricted terms, title length for the marketplace named in that row, caps runs, special characters, keyword position, repetition, and missing size or pack count.
The cleaned title removes blocking terms, normalises capitalisation, strips disallowed symbols, and trims to the category limit at a word boundary. It is a starting point for a human edit — it does not invent selling points.
What it does not do
- It does not upload anything to Amazon. You still review and upload the file yourself.
- It does not validate category-required attributes; those live in the flat file, not in the title.
- It does not translate, and it does not write new copy.
- It is limited by browser memory — a few hundred rows is comfortable, several thousand is not.
A workflow that works
- Export your current listings from Seller Central as a CSV.
- Map the columns to the template: sku, brand, current_title, current_bullets, marketplace.
- Run the check and export the results file.
- Fix the blocking rows first; review-level warnings are judgment calls.
- Paste the cleaned titles back into your flat file, validate, then upload.
Keep the original export until the upload report comes back clean — it is your rollback.
